I see an small black shape in the lower right that could be the head of a dinosaur or an alien. It is being consumed by bright, red, flames coming from the sun-like yellow sphere near the center.
The rest are energy or radio waves shooting about from all that released energy.
You are developing quite a creative imagination, Bob. Especially at 7:16. But since I regularly get up at 5am now, that is the middle of the morning for me, and that is in eastern time 🙃
